Wreath Making Booking Form

PSG are proud to be offering a workshop to help you make a delightful Christmas door wreath. With a sustainable twist, a lot of the materials will be foraged or be reusable.

It will run on Sunday 6th December 2026

at 4.00 - 6.30 pm

At the Memorial Hall, Glebe Road, Purley on Thames.

All materials will be supplied and the session will be guided by our expert instructors There will be a break for mulled wine and festive refreshments.

Numbers are limited so if you would like to attend a fun filled afternoon or evening of creativity, fun and laughter, please complete the booking form to book your place.

The cost of the workshop is £45 per person, which includes all materials, refreshments and instructions. Payment will be required in advance and your place will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Any funds raised will be utilised for future PSG projects.
