Community Lunch

Saturday 6th September 2025 was our annual lunch, held in the Memorial Hall. We were joined by approximately 70 people from the community who enjoyed some delicious food, mostly grown from our allotments.

We had a great day, great food, amazing company from our friends, old and new and tremendous support from volunteers who were up early collecting equipment, erecting gazebos, baking, stirring, simmering and creating the tombola. We thank everyone who made the event a success. We received some donations - thank you - these are put back into other projects for Purley, like the allotment, Orchard etc and to enable more initiatives to be worked on.
