Help create part of a wonderful display of poppies in Purley on Thames this year. We are looking for displays that we can hang on the fence by Purley Rise/ Traffic Lights/Cross Road that commemorate Remembrance Day.

The intention is to create a respectful commemorative display (created by a collection of local schools and community groups) to honour and remember those who lost their lives in the wars. We would like the display to remain in place for approximately two weeks around Remembrance Day.

All decorations and materials need to be:

• sustainable and environmentally considerate;

• securely attached and suitable for November weather conditions;

• non-obstructive and designed to avoid causing any hazard or distraction to road users and pedestrians.
